  I can’t recommend this bike shop enough. I have bought three bikes from them and the customer service is the best I’ve received any where. They are friendly, helpful and very patient. Robin and his crew are lovely and the after care they give to their customers is fantastic. If you’re new to the Netherlands - this is a really good place to buy a bike.

  I've been bringing my (American) bike here for repair since moving to NL nearly 4 years ago, and they've done fantastic work every time! Recently my husband decided to upgrade to a nice cargo bike so we could take our son to daycare and they set him up with an excellent bike, he specifically mentioned that Robin was very helpful. We highly recommend this shop!

  Luckily my cargo bike broke down just across the street from this bike store. A nice man fixed it within a minute and saved me from a miserable walk home with a child. Thank you!

  Yesterday (18/1/2023) I brought my bike for check and maintenance, I received it back at the same day and was charged 45 euros. Today morning I nearly had a serious accident because the shop “forgot” to screw the disc brake to the wheel… I am shocked and happy not to injure myself. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. UPDATE After speaking on the telephone with the owner (18/1/2023 afternoon), i went today (19/1/2023) present him the problem. I was happily surprised that he was very polite and when i asked him for a refund he gave me the full amount back. Even though the owner is a polite, gentle person that understood completely the situation, i don't think i would be able to trust again this bike shop.
