  Worst of the worst delivery service ever, they said the address was wrong even though it definitely wasn't and we've received tonnes of mail at the exact same address and even our phone number was listed on the package. They didn't try to contact us and we tried contacting both Spring GDS and the courier that came up on the Last Mile Tracking button but neither one responded to our attempts to contact them. I highly recommend people avoid this company if they have the choice. These guys do not provide solutions, they only create problems...

  The website says they informed about picking up the package. They have not and I also have no idea where the collection point would be. Of course, they are paid to DELIVER packages. Considering that this seems to be a repeating story, time for complaints to the customer protection authority.

  Terrible carrier, there is no tracking, the order stopped at their premises, it has now been 21 days and they have already given a refund on Amazon. I wanted the product and not the money, a transporter that ruins everything.

  Horrible service. Two of my packages got lost because Spring GDS claims to have delivered the items to some neighbor without specifying which one exactly. Not to mention, there were people at home during the time of delivery, but Spring GDS didn't even attempt to ring the right apartment
