  I honestly don't understand how this spa can have such a high rating after such a terrible experience. We booked the private spa with Social Deal. Basically the only thing that was nice about this experience was the plate with food that was beautifully set up. The rest was simply one bad experience: the couch wasn't comfortable at all. The whirpool/jacuzzi had a weird stinky smell. The slippers were lethal after the floor got wet as they became super slippery and walking with bare feet on that floor made me highly uncomfortable. The sauna still showed spots from other people who sat there. When me and my partner wanted to try the steam cabine, the whole thing broke down and caused an outage / short circuit. When we tried to call the employee for help it took ages for her to come. She called her manager and she said they would arrange a discount (which was only 20% for basically 1/3 of the whole package that wasn't working sufficiently). After that we decided to make the best of it and try to watch something on Netflix while using the jacuzzi. But that wasn't comfortable at all, because the seated area of the jacuzzi was not in the direction of the screen, so we couldn't even sit comfortably while watching something. After about 1 hour (of the 2 hours) we gave up and decided it was just a terrible experience. I felt dirty because of the weird smell of the jacuzzi. The shower function of the steam cabine was still working, but there was no soap. After the private spa we went home and the first thing I did was taking a shower and washing off this terrible experience. If I could give -5 stars I would.

  They never showed, didn't call to cancel. I stood outside for 20 minutes and no response via whatsapp or phone. And they took my money!!!! Horrible horrible horrible! They don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give in order to leave a post. 🤬🤬🤬

  Exactly what user Lotta B said. Plus the bathroom light did not work. No water for drinks. I hontesly think the other reviews are just fake

  My time there was so relaxing that I felt asleep straight as soon as I got home haha Loved the space, the vibe and the girl was super nice 😊 I’m sure coming back!

  Really good place to relax with my girlfriend, clean and friendly people. Would go again
