  What a superb service and warm welcome, even that late in the day all people we spoke to in the store were really kind and helpful, we stayed longer than intended and bought loads of stuff even though we only came in for some minor things. Thanks guys and girls!

  I am extremely unhappy with anwb. Two months ago I went to their store in The Hague, without having visited it before. The staff was unfriendly and did not offer support, even though it was obvious that I was unfamiliar with the store’s concept. After finding some products, I went to the counter, but as I was about to pay, I was told that I needed a membership. I believed that it was a regular free one like in most clothing stores, and instead of telling me that there was a fee, I was right away asked to set up an account if I wanted to purchase anything. I did, but midway of the setup, I asked about any fees, and was then told to my surprise about the yearly fee. I was disappointed that they did not tell me beforehand and asked to cancel the setup. Today, two months later, I received a letter asking to collect the membership fee. I did not understand why, and called the store, but was told that I was still in their system as a member, and it could not be canceled anymore. So basically the store kept me as a member even though I clearly stated that I wished to not be. This is honestly disappointing and outrageous to go behind people’s back and lie to their face. I will not recommend this store ever.

  Great place to prepare for the holidays by bike or car. For members there are attractive discount prices for the high quality products that they sell. Go and have a look.

  Good stuff. Pricy but good. Already bought a few things for different seasons. Will, come again for stuff
