Nice hotel and good staff. Bed little to soft for me but I am used to stiff mattress. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located in front of beautiful huge park with wild birds and other animals. Great by park for jogging 👍 Overall nice hotel placed near city centre all in walking distance.

Location is good. Rooms are extremely outdated. My room was not cleaned properly. However, I have to thank Paola from the reception, she was very kind, helpful and resolutive.

This hotel is definitely overpriced. The standard rooms are very small and the price is too high. Breakfast is ok but not great. Overall, not a good cost benefit. The only positive is the location next to the train station.

When the guy at the reception says “the minibar is included” and the minibar has NEIPA, you get the well deserved 5 stars. You get your bed for nothing and your beer for free
