  Stayed here for 5 days in early April, the hotel is in an excellent location with the tram stop across the street, and the main central train station is only about a 10 minute walk. You can't beat the location and how central this hotel is. The staff during our stay was friendly and helpful, the fridge in our room wasn't working well and they replaced it without any issues. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well and you can open the windows for fresh air. Our room overlooked the street but the noise level from traffic and trams outside was not bad even with the windows open it didn't bother us at night. Overall I found this hotel comfortable in a great location that allowed easy access to the area and would stay here again.

  I stayed at the Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central for 3 nights(premium level) and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and well-kept. I loved the little touches — free soft drinks in the fridge, robe and slippers provided, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is also in a perfect central location, which made it easy to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again.

  Location is good, service is great. Room was very nice even if it may require a bit of renovation. The cleanness was not perfect, I could see quite a lot of dust in some area. A bad point is probably the fact that the restaurant was surprisingly closed on the Sunday. Also, the breakfast was not for my tastes unfortunately, the quality was not as what I usually see in Mercure hotels.

  Great location within walking distance from train station. Rooms were specious and clean. Bed comfy but room was too hot. I managed to fix the issue the second night but had a sleepless night first night. Checking in and out was smooth. Breakfast was expensive for a buffet breakfast (24 euros on Apr 2025) and nothing special. Overall a pleasant hotel to spend time and relax after work

  We stayed in the Suite which had a bedroom and a separate lounge area. We were two adults and two kids. The suite was very spacious and lots of space for the kids to play around and have fun. The room had a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge, a weighing machine, a kitchen area sink etc. Our room was on the 10th floor and looked out towards the city. It wasn't the best view but not bad either. The bathroom was again very spacious, had a shower area and a tub separately. There were two sinks available in the bathroom. We only had breakfast once in the hotel, and it wasn't great with limited options. The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the city center, an okay walk to both centraal and HS railway stations. The tram station was also just right across. There were many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping areas etc. nearby and it was quite easy for us to get to most places with just a walk. Getting to madurodam was also easy with 10-15 mins on the tram and getting to the Scheveningen beach another 15 mins or so.
