  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the view from my window was stunning. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better – central, safe, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, Novotel went above and beyond. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

  We stayed here for one night with our dog. We loved getting a dog back including poo bags, treats and a ball. Our dog Clover was so into that ball, that she played for a long time. For anyone who is travelling by car, there car park is only for small cars as it is a car lift. We drive a big truck and we would not fit into the car park. There is a large undergo urn car park nearby, which is better if you have a large vehicle. €40 for 24 hours but lots of space. We enjoyed the location as it is directly in the city. Easy walking distances to everywhere. The breakfast was good and we have had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good. There is a gym on the top floor with great views over the city. We will be back next year with our clients. Thank you very much.

  Our family of 4 stayed for one night in superior suite with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers for a short stay, comfortable beds and tea and coffee making facilities. We took part in an event on the morning, so really appreciated the slightly later checkout of 12pm. Also the minibar with wine, beer, soft drinks and water was included into the room price, which was a lovely touch (might be a member benefit?). Access to The Passage and further shopping areas was directly from the hotel, so location was great. You could tell the building is quite old by the doors and the general feel, but our room had been redecorated nicely and the bathroom was huge with a separate bath and big rainwater shower on the other side of the room. Generally everything was clean, though the toilet door had not been cleaned for a bit from the inside. We parked in Malieveld, which was bit of a walk, but with wheeled bags it was manageable.

  Great location. A bonus is the parking (35 € per day) - unfortunarly electric and hybrid are forbidden to park in the underground parking. The breakfast was amazing- delicious with a lot of choices for all tastes. I particularly loved the hash browns. Very clean and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff

  We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also thought the staff was excellent, friendly and very focused on making our experience perfect. Good AC, clean rooms, and great location make this a do-over for us!!
