  My mother, my sister and I are delighted with the Ramada Hotel. It was booked on Booking.com. We arrived around 5pm for one night. Our room on the ground floor was clean and pleasant. We slept well. We had breakfast and it was very pleasant to eat there because everything was clean and there was a wide variety of choices for breakfast even for people with allergies and gluten intolerance. The staff is available and attentive (I was able to ask for a carafe of water and I received it the next minute). We left around 11am and around 3pm we received a call because I had forgotten my bunny stuffed, I was able to come and pick it up as soon as possible.   The desktop reception staff are great! All three of them are respectful and sophisticated. The welcome fruit, apple is lovely, room is super clean and comfortable, parking is perfect but a bit expensive 32 euro per night, location is fantastic with sea view

  We never go there again! They give wrong info regarding their pet policy. Be aware. We took our small dog. The next morning I was told that the dog is not allowed and we have to pay 30 euros. I showed the info in which it says that pets are allowed. There were no fees mentioned. They admitted that they made a mistake. Nevertheless she insisted that we had to pay for our dog. She ripped us off. We never go back again. At the same time there was another customer next to us at the reception. He complained as he paid far too much. After a long discussion, like we had, he got his money back, we did not. Next to it there are much better hotels in Scheveningen which are a lot better organised and trustworthy. I am replying to the reply of the Ramada hotel. First of all the operational manager did not offer to pay us the money back. She was still trying to blame us whilst it was clear that on Booking com the wrong info was given and it was a fault on her side.. The info was changed in the meantime on my advice. The reaction to my review is appalling. You do not treat decent customers like this. We paid to get rid of her aggressive and unreasonable behaviour to us. We never go there anymore. Nasty.

  The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, but the price for the underground parking is almost as expensive as a room. The possibility to make a sign on the door that no towels are needed would be very helpful, already have three bags of fresh towels, so environmental awareness, rather lacking. Breakfast is ok, but the scrambled eggs are terrible and unfortunately it is only possible at 0700 and not earlier.

  I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and was really impressed with the overall value for money. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the pier, food hall, and various restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows were just right for a restful night. I also appreciated the private parking garage, which is a nice bonus if you're traveling by car. (Note: Not free. Paid reservation via the hotel.) Breakfast is included and exceeded my expectations for the price. There’s a good selection of options to start the day off right. On the downside, I did find the single bed to be a bit on the softer side. This is, of course, subjective, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might find it less comfortable. Also, be aware of the daily tourist tax, which is on the higher side compared to other places. Overall, though, for the price, this hotel is an excellent choice and I would definitely stay again for overnight or few. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Den Haag especially Scheveningen!
