  Called the taxi the night before that id come with two people and a small dog, everything was ok on the phone. However, the taxi driver started complaining that we brought a dog with me and asking us whether I’d told this is the booking, creating doubt if he’d take us to our destination. When I said yes, he visibly showed annoyance, and made us wait in the car, this is no way to treat a customer. That taxi drivers don’t speak Dutch is fine with me, but please do not be rude to me when I book a taxi, in Holland when we agree on something the day before we do not like to negotiate on it the morning after.

  Horrendous service. Booked and paid online for the Taxi service then confirmed the booking by phone. Waited for an hour after the agreed upon time and no taxi arrived yet. Called the service and received a lackadaisical response when I requested a refund after canceling the no-show taxi. They hung up without the decency to finish the call. Horrible business. Better off closed.

  Ordered an airport taxi, but they didn't book me in so I was in full stress early in the morning when nobody showed up. After calling they did send a taxi that arrived 20min later, but wanted full price. Had to renegotiate. I felt one slip up can happen. I advised my mother to take them, based on how they still brought me to the airport and the good offer, and they were late for her (10min). She had already left with an Uber when they arrived. This is enough reason for me not to order a taxi there anymore.

  Horrible service. Zero professionalism. And rip offs. First booking to the airport, we asked for a van, they sent a car which didn't fit all of us, so they had to send a second car... and they charged us double!!! Second booking from the airport, we booked a day in advance, upon arrival they had forgotten about our booking and needed 45mins to send a car from Den Haag to Schipol, of course we refused.

  Ordered a taxi 2 days before. Never showed up. And a really very rude person on the other side of the phone. In short : they don't really care. I want my 10 euro back
