    Top service from Mo! We bought two children bikes and Mo was adorable and so warm with the children. Showing them patiently how to start and brake. It is our first week back in the Netherlands and he gave naturally this Dutch feeling of gezelligheid and care for the other. He customized the bikes for the kids and now we can ride as a happy family. I strongly recommend to visit this shop.

    I brought my Veloretti bike here because the back wheel was completely messed up—bent sideways, and in need of a respoke and a new rim. The repair was great and had a fair price in my opinion from previous experiences. The customer service was also, very helpful, when I spoke Dutch/English. Highly recommend for any bike repairs, especially for Veloretti/e-bike owners.

    How is it possible that a customer comes to a store to buy or order a new part (original or replacement) for a bike and is not listened to? The old part does not work properly (brakes, front reflector, shock absorber, etc.) and is directed to a service 20 meters away and the bike service (the same owner has the store and service) refuses to help. The customer wants to payeven more and store does not even want to earn money? What is this service for if you tell people "you can order cheaper on the internet". THE BUSINESS OF LIFE WITH SUCH EMPLOYEES

    Worst customer service ever! I called, pressed 2 for English, however the person on the phone initially refused to speak English. When I explained that I pressed 2 for English, then all of a sudden he could speak English! Then I asked for Vanmoof repairs, and although their contact details are on Vanmoof’s website, he simply said ‘No’ without any further explanation. Just appalling customer service and would never even visit them in the first place! So unnecessarily rude.
