  Such a helpful and friendly place. I broke the valve on one of the tyres on my bike and went in and they fixed it for me free of charge. Brilliant.

  Do not bring your road bike here! I was charged 27,50 for pressing a bottom bracket I took there myself. The job itself can be done in 1 minute, I just did not have a press at hand. When I picked it up there was still a 1mm gap between the frame and the cup (which they did fix upon request). Upon asking why it's so expensive they told me they need "special machines" for doing this. In fact all they need is a bearing press which is not that special and can be bought for about the price I paid. Wish I'd done that instead.

  I lost the key to my lock, and told them I could not physically bring the bike to them so they could cut it, so I asked what to do. I was told I would get a call back. 2 WEEKS LATER, I go to the shop in person and give again my number and address, I even bought a new lock there, expecting this time a timely call-back. Nope, I'm just getting ignored. No reason given, maybe they assume I stole my own bike, even though I told them I had the proof of purchase?. I got overcharged by them a couple of times on minor fixes, but this is beyond insulting.

  Below average service for a top tier price. As other recent reviews suggests, their quality control is terrible so ride the bike before you pay - should you choose to use this place. I was charged 170eur for a gear shifter that sells online for 70eur, plus the 30eur mounting fee for a grand total of 200eur. This was not even a speed service, had to wait a week for the part to be ordered.
