I regret purchasing a used bike from this shop and would strongly caution others, especially expats, against doing so. I paid €250 for a used bike that was advertised as being in GREAT condition, but it has been nothing but trouble. I had hoped that buying a used bike from a bike shop would mean getting a more reliable bike, but instead, it feels like a bigger scam. After just 6 months, the brakes keep needing to be tightened just to kind of work, both tires have completely blown out, and the gears haven’t shifted properly since the week I bought it. Plus the bike was sold to me with many rusted parts. I take off one star for the quality and and another star for the unfair price of the bike. The seller promised a free 6-month service, but when I went in to get the service and a tire fixed (after the other one blew out last month and I got it fixed elsewhere), he said he would only charge me for parts and no labor. Despite this, I was charged €50 for a tire, inner tube, and a set of brake pads—except he replaced the *wrong* brake pads! I asked him to fix the back brakes, which were failing, but he only replaced the front brake pads instead. To make matters worse, I don’t even know what was done during the so-called "free service," as the bike rides just the same, with many problems. I take off 1 star for the obscene price he charged for the parts and another star for the shop owners negligence in fixing the bike. This is outrageous, especially when another shop charged me €40 for a wheel frame replacement, a new inner tube, and labor. Maybe the experience here would be different for Dutch people, but as an expat, I’ve felt completely taken advantage of. If I wanted a bike that constantly breaks down, I would have bought a €50 bike on Marketplace. I expected better from a bike shop, but this experience has been a huge waste of time and money. Unfortunately, I was naive about what to look out for when buying a bike, but I’ve now learned the hard way what to watch for in the future. Final Warning: There are other warnings from expats on Google Reviews, and I’ll add mine to the list: do not buy a used bike here. The shop owner will make a pretty penny off you while providing subpar products and service. Never again.

Amazing service and reasonable price! I would like to thank the guy who assisted me, very friendly and explained details thoroughly before I left. He is the go-to bike guy. Bought a beautiful second hand bike that I know I will be using for the next 10 years. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Very friendly shop, knowledgeable technician, fixed my bike problem that I'd been having for a while, was fast and a fair price too. So grateful I no longer squeak on every turn and can brake safely again! Will return for any future bike issues!
