  I bought a new bike here in February. The prices were standard for BSP. I also got two free maintenance check ups with it. I’m happy with my bike overall (only the dinamo lights are dead after 8 months 🥲) and the maintenance service.

  Under no circumstances bring your bike to this place. They sold me a second hand bike for 454 euros (my fault for falling for this abuse). After 2 months I brought it back because it did not work properly and the tires were super worn out (I did not notice when buying it, again my fault). They offer to take the bike for 150 euros IF I buy another of their bikes. I took good care of the bike and felt completely ripped off. I left the bike to fix the flat tire I had and 1 week after went to pick it up and still they haven't fix it. I just took my bike with the flat tire. I will never go back there, and I urge everybody to stay away. they are one of the most expensive bike shops and ripping people off. WHAT A SHAME!

  The staff here is very helpful and friendly! I needed a new saddle for my bike, and when I checked the prices at 't Rijwielhuis, they quoted 25 euros plus an 8-euro installation fee. However, I decided to visit this place instead and they replaced a 25 euro saddle for free and within a minute. Additionally, they provide a free-to-use bike pump. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of bike-related services.

  I got a good quality second-hand bike at a fair price from this store. I had looked at a couple of bike shops and was surprised by the high prices of second hand bikes in the Netherlands and the additional cost of bikes with hand (as opposed to pedal) brakes so was happy when I stumbled across this store. The owner was attentive and gave me good vibes and when I had an issue with the bike a few days after purchasing it, he repaired it no questions asked. Definitely recommend!

  I was supposed to receive a message to know what was the price for repairing my bike and which parts would need to be changed. Instead I got first a message saying that the bike couldn't be repaired. After a couple of days (I was not able to go there and take my bike) I received another message that the bike was repaired, without knowing the price. In the end it was higher than the value of the bike, that's the reason why I wanted the quote beforehand. The work was done, and it was OK but, for that price, I would probably buy another bike (my old gazelle costed almost half of the price I paid for the repair, in another shop). I don't like this miscommunication.
