Nice hotel and good staff. Bed little to soft for me but I am used to stiff mattress. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located in front of beautiful huge park with wild birds and other animals. Great by park for jogging 👍 Overall nice hotel placed near city centre all in walking distance.

This hotel is definitely overpriced. The standard rooms are very small and the price is too high. Breakfast is ok but not great. Overall, not a good cost benefit. The only positive is the location next to the train station.

When the guy at the reception says “the minibar is included” and the minibar has NEIPA, you get the well deserved 5 stars. You get your bed for nothing and your beer for free

Most staff are very helpful. Some are not. But the location is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable. And they provide special sweet notes to returning guests. A nice touch where it wasn't expected.
