  Ideal location for visiting The Hague with family. We did encounter a problem on the first night with noise outside from 2am to 4 am not the hotels fault and they moved 2 out of our 3 rooms they did offer to move all 3 but we stayed, the next 2 nights were quiet but noise is to be expected in a location like this, we were given complimentary drinks vouchers and chocolates in the room which was a lovely gesture. Public areas were lovely, breakfast was a good offering. What stood out here was the staff , each and everyone greeted you and had a passion for the job they were doing in all areas. We will certainly be back if in the area!

  Wonderful place to stay in lovely The Hague. The staff is friendly above and beyond. Thank you for your hospitality. A special thank you for the host Naresh at reception, who makes you feel welcome in a matter of seconds. Another thank you for Tisha, whose smile made my day at breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. There's a deal now that you get a free drink at the bar if you opt out housekeeping, save the environment, and get rewarded 🙏🤘😌

  Wonderful location right by Mauritshuis! You turn down an alley and then there you are! It is right in the center of The Hague and is yet quiet. The breakfast is alright, very standard hotel breakfast. The rooms are a very comfortable size, much better than most of the hotels I’ve seen in Europe. I really recommend coming to this hotel, it is a good deal!

  Great location if you want to discover the city. For us this was the perfect more budget friendly option for a weekend trip. The room was comfortable, we had the option to leave our luggage at the desk (even after checking out for just €5 extra). The staff was very friendly as well. We didn't like the breakfast as much, since there were only boiled eggs, no other options like scrambled. The rest of the breakfast was ok, we didn't expect too much for the price. If you have a room on the street side, you might hear the music and some chatter outside from the square but we could easily sleep through it. Overall a very nice stay.

  dramatic service, more than helping the customer, they look for ways to rip the customer off. It is very difficult to reach an agreement with anyone. Every day I was promised check-out at 6 pm (as I asked). However, every day someone woke me up several times, they always have some problems and matters, you can't relax. I totally advise against this hotel, there are many better and cheaper ones in the area
