I had an amazing stay at NH Den Haag – this was already my second visit, and I’ll definitely come back again. The room was very comfortable with a perfect view. The staff were kind, helpful, and allowed me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. I also used the on-site fitness facilities, which are excellent. The breakfast was truly outstanding – a real highlight of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel both for business travelers and for anyone visiting this beautiful city to relax and unwind. Thank you for a great stay!

I selected the hotel for the convenient location and for the quality of service experienced in the past for business. I had extensive correspondence to clarify that the booking was for 3 people and to confirm that the room was going to have 3 proper beds. Once we entered the room though we discovered that the room was small and the third bed was a little more than a camp bed put at the bottom of the two singles clearly bringing to the room. When I asked for a solution as the third bed was not viable to sleep on for one night let alone the 4 booked, I was told that there was no alternative for the first night and that ‘they would check the following day to maybe find a solution’. At that point I asked for a refund to go to another hotel. The restaurant manager apologized and was polite and nice. The actual reception manager (Lisa) was passive aggressive and downright rude. Not a word about the situation, apparently processed the refund, but did not bother to tell me; instead kept me standing at the desk for a good 10 minutes without a word. Not even acknowledged my presence. Possibly the worst experience I ever had in a hotel, particularly one that claims to be 4 stars. Never again!!!

We stayed here for a few days with our dog. The hotel has both strengths and some serious drawbacks. Pros: • Convenient location — close to the city center and public transport. • Excellent window soundproofing and a pleasant view. • Tasty food. • The room included a dog bed, bowl, and treats — much appreciated. • There’s a mini supermarket in the building and a lovely park with ducks just across the street. Cons: • Parking costs €27 per day, but you must leave the parking lot every 24 hours to avoid a steep overcharge (€50+). • No luggage assistance is available. • Reception staff were often confused. We mentioned we were traveling with a dog, and they still offered breakfast. Later, we found out dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant, so we had to order room service. In the morning, we were told breakfast hadn’t been paid for after all. • It’s strictly forbidden to wash your dog’s paws in the shower, even though the pet fee is €25 per day — a strange rule for a hotel that claims to be pet-friendly. • It’s nearly impossible to reach room service. The phone button labeled “room service” redirects to reception, where the staff ask you to call the restaurant. The restaurant, however, doesn’t answer. • We had to walk to the restaurant to order dinner. The waiter never asked for our room number — luckily we realized in time. • The hair conditioner in the room was watered down to the point of being just foamy water. • The room’s air conditioning system is poorly adjustable — it can get very cold at night. Opening the windows might be a better option. Conclusion: This hotel is suitable for a one-night business stay. But if you’re looking to relax for a few days — especially with a dog — it’s not ideal.

Very comfortable and quiet (corner) room, with plenty of space to work and move around. Bathroom with bath tub, heated (!) mirror and separate toilet. Nice wardrobe to store/hang stuff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Located next to WTC, a short walk from downtown entertainment and shopping. Highly recommended for for business travelers.

Great place to stay ! Not far from central station in The Hague and restaurants further from central station and other attractions. Public transport options around the corner incl. trains / buses and close to central station for suburban trains. Rooms are always neat and the restaurant has decent options for breakfast. Dinner options may look limited compared to what you can get when you step out to restaurants around but does the trick if you are after something quick to eat. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive to any questions / requests and always face customers with a smile.
