  I loved this hotel, rooms were beautiful, amenity spaces were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot and service at the bar. Unfortunately did not have dinner at the restaurant during my visit. Nice views from the hotel room and stairwell. Close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants and convenient access to transit. The only suggestion I would have is to move the iron station to a larger common space and maybe clean the iron/stand. It felt kind of gross and suffocating to use it in a tiny closet space and I had to carry water from my suite to refill the iron.

  On some days the air conditioning did not work, the sun heated the room to almost 30 deg C. The quality of the breakfast did not match the price, and in peak times some products were not available. At some point all coffee machines did not have milk. Cheap slices of industrially formed ham and chicken, salami, cheese. Cereals, nuts and fruit salad were good.

  Stayed a few days at the Ibis, good friendly service from the team. Typical Buffett breakfast well stocked with options. Room was tidy and clean, good housekeeping. The only negative is the air con was not working and the few days was quite warm - the room gets sun all day so the heat trapped inside. Slept with open window to allow some cool air

  1st point,i didn't see at reservation that it will be a pet free hotel.I put this by booking as an information inside but the info that it will be not possible to bring dogs,arrive to me when i already was on the way to Netherlands.Good that i decided before to leave dogs at home. 2nd,at arrival i need help for parking space because i drive a minivan,but they send me to a parking 20 min drive,but my car didn't fit inside, problem i already paid online on the way from hotel for it....1 hour calls to clear the situation and got a parking lot.3rd, i used fast checkout, but they charged me add. money.It took me several calls over 14 days to fix this and got a refund, each call a different answer for my problem/invoice.

  This Hotel‘s „Standard“ for their Premium-Rooms apperars to be „No Vomiting-Stains on the bed“. We‘ve just reviewed 7 rooms with a member of the staff, who assessed 5 as „unacceptable“ (Vomiting-Stains on the side of the bed, Hairs in the bed, on the toilet seat and inside the shower), only 2 we’re „ok, but not good“ (hairs only, as in the other rooms). We canceled the Ibis Den Haag City Center, as the Hotel was unable to provide us with a „clean“ room, but are still waiting to get our money back…
