We stayed for one night and had an okay experience. The staff who welcomed us was nice and friendly. There’s a wheel of luck in the lobby where you can win little prizes, plus free drinks and games though we didn’t have time to try them. The room was simple but clean, with everything we needed for the stay. We liked the little kitchenette. The first room had a fridge issue, and even though it didn’t bother us, they insisted on giving us a new room, which we appreciated. Location was okay, about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but public transport was easy to use. The neighborhood and the outside felt a bit sketchy for us, and the TV wasn’t really working. At some point, it kept switching to someone’s YouTube channel, which was super annoying. Overall, it was good value for us and recommend it for a quick stay.

We are very disappointed with this hotel – it is definitely not worth the price. There is dirt under the bed, as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There were hairs on the bed sheets and bedding, silverfish in the curtains, and mold in the shower. The bathroom shelf was dirty, as were the trash can and the floor. A small shelf with three compartments and a tiny clothes rail is apparently considered a wardrobe. All the furniture is very worn and old. We did not feel like the room was properly cleaned while we were out. The trash bag in the bathroom was replaced and the shower quickly rinsed, but that was it. When we returned in the evening, the room had an unpleasant, overpowering smell of men’s deodorant, as if it had been sprayed to make the room smell nice. I found this very unpleasant – it gave me a headache. I even left a note asking them not to spray anything, but this was ignored. Directly across from the hotel are balconies from another building, from which loud music can be heard in the evening and at night. In the entrance area, cooking is done and free popcorn is offered – but the popcorn smells and tastes like cooked food because it’s placed right next to where the cooking happens. We also had problems with our room door – it was completely warped and didn’t close properly, which constantly triggered an alarm. We had to forcefully pull it shut every time. The outside area is also not very inviting. The entrance to the parking garage is cluttered with trash, old refrigerators, and wooden boards. The disabled parking space was blocked by a refrigerator. It’s a shame about the money – we ended up leaving early.

I'm here with 3 friends, in a 2 bulk bedroom. The room has a fridge, microwave and a sink to wash the dishes. Be aware when cooking in the room, because the fire alarm can be turned on. The decoration is awesome, near the reception, you have a pool table, ping pong and board games. The staff is very friendly and kind, and they can provide you laundry services and bike rentals.

My partner and I stayed here for just one night, and we have unequivocally decided to not recommend this place. The whole interior (from the lobby to the elevators to the room) felt incredibly cheap and poorly made. The room itself had a bizarre layout and was boiling hot (no ventilation/aircon). The sheets had some stains on them and the overall amenities in the room were lacking. No glass cups for water, just tiny paper cups. The shower cabin floor bent when stood on and the shower door held back no water, thus turning the bathroom floor into a lake. The decoration in the room was strange to say the least - it had random quotes on the walls in strange gothic lettering leading to a weird, almost creepy vibe. The location was not bad at all for what we needed and it’s close to a lovely brewery. The bus stop is also right across the street. It was fine for one night but I couldn’t imagine staying for any longer.

In short: definately recommended. Good room for a good price with good staff and good food. Check-in went very smoothly. Had to show my ID and pay the city tax. We also got a spin at the chance wheel and I got a free keychain! A spot at the breakfast table was divided into an early and late shift, which shows the flexibility of this establishment. We arrived late at the late shift but still got everything for a descent start of our day. We had a standard 2-person room on the 6th floor. It included a mini kitchen with microwave, also a coffe machine with pads and sugar. The bathroom was clean, 2 towels and soap were provided. The only negative would've been the TV. It's supposed to be a 'smart tv' but it was so outdated even regular cable only played audio. Netflix and YouTube couldn't even start up.. PSA Don't forget to put your key in the slot next to the door to turn on the power! The location of this hotel is amazing. It's a relatively calm neighbourhood since you're further away from the city centre, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. 10 minutes on the bus to the city centre. Ample parking is also available. McDonald's and Albert Heijn are nextdoor, for a quick snack or late dinner. Staff were very friendly and mindful. We asked to be able to stow away our bags since checkout was at 12pm and we only left at 6. That was no problem at all, we picked up our bags and left with a smile :)
