Tried to use this taxi company twice. The first time was the day after our wedding, when we had to get home with a lot of stuff. They were delayed on multiple accounts until we called them off and had to take a bus. The second time we booked them to take us to Schiphol. When our flight was rescheduled by an hour the day before, we tried to postpone the trip by an hour but this wasn't possible and we had to cancel without a refund. Poor service all in all and I wouldn't recommend.

Update: I was almost late for my flight. The driver did not show up on time, even though I booked earlier than I needed. While waiting, I had to call two times to check what was happening. They kept on assuring me he was on his way. I barely made it to Centraal to catch the train, and then the flight. (it was on 31 May, at the time of non-regular public transport so I couldn't take the next train easily - it would be another hour time.) Giving you two stars instead of five I gave you before. Previously... "Great service! I scheduled a ride to Den Haag HS in early morning hours. The driver showed up even earlier, and the drive went smoothly, I was at destination on time."

Order #9035 Taxi was 30min late. Waited in the cold with a small child. Had to call the company. They called the driver. No apology when the driver arrived. However, we got home fast and save.

I never have had problem with Haagse Centrale before, until I reserved a trip from The Hague to Schipol, and from Schipol to The Hague. I made the mistake to pay it beforehand... My flight was cancelled and I gave notice with 3 days of anticipation. They promised me to reimburse me the money during the week. It has been a month since that. I have been waiting and calling on weekly basis to ask for my reimbursement. The answer is always the same "we will refund you over the day", and nothing happen. I lost my patience, that is why I'm writing this publicly, maybe then I'll get my refund finally.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was told over the phone that i would be charged 25-30 euro for 3 people ...one of us paid for us all and we paid 25 euro after he said the total for us would be 22 in the car. i was the last one behind in the car after dropping off the others and i was charged an additional 11,60!!!! I questioned it and was told that it was not him i spoke with on the phone and that it was not his problem. REPLYING to your response. There is absolutely no benefit for me with leaving a dishonest review, i would never waste my time to be dishonest about a personal experience. You are wrong for telling me that i am dishonest simply because you would quicker believe your worker. You could have simply appologized and stated that there was a misunderstanding. Over the phone I told the guy it is 3 people with 3 different destinations but that all of the destinations were on the same route as well as very near to one another. I then requested the total price and was told that it would be 25-30 euros for us all (0ver the phone). After dropping the first person off the driver asked for 22 euros. I made sure and asked him if it is for all 3 of us, he replied yes and we paid him cash. At the moment that i asked if the payment was the total for us all is when your driver had to tell me that from there on would have been additonal costs, Rather than reply yes to my answer and then wait until the end to charge extra. Nothing further was discussed between us and the driver until he dropped off the last person (which was me). That is when i was told what i mentioned earlier above. FYI: As we entered the car and he asked for the addresses, I made sure to mention all 3 addresses to make sure that he knew. All in all I myself put the addresses into google maps and sadly it is not allowing me to post my screenshot. It is a 28 minutes straight drive in total and all along the same route. All of us in the car live 6 minutes away from one another. It was a bit after 12AM so there was also no traffic.
