  EDIT: The owner has replied and pretended that I reviewed the wrong taxi company, just trying to avoid taking responsibility like in all other replies to bad reviews. Don't use this taxi company. Only use this taxi company, if you're dying or dying to be disappointed. Absolutely miserable service. It makes me think think less of the Netherlands as a country. They promised multiple times to send taxis, but didn't, leaving two big groups of people stranded. Genuinely the worst taxi company I have ever encountered. They still said they would send someone half an hour after they didn't show up, and then still didn't show up.

  First time I used,everything was fine! But second time I booked the taxi 1 day before on exact time and nobody arrived to pick me up, I was waiting 20 minutes! Finally after my call taxi arrived 30 minutes delay in total and I luse my train trip and almost flight! Also on the screen payment displayed one price and driver charge me 1 euro extra,I paid with credit card price which driver told me and get receipt for display price! Absolutely wrong against to the customer. Will never use again this company!!!

  Didn't appear within the arranged time. They told us it takes around 10 minutes and maximum 15 minutes. We waited around 30 to 40 minutes after the arranged time and didn't get a call from them. We had to find an alternative to get to the hotel. We were 10 people!

  Amazing and exceptional services from start to end , be it Airport,Railway Stations or anywhere in Netherlands or outside countries in Europe. Choosing their services and go stress free. I am a regular commuter🙂 Keep it UP 👍👍

  It was an awful experience. I ordered a taxi online and got confirmation email quickly. I also called the company for a double check. But on the day when all the guests waited to be picked up to a party location, nobody came, nobody answered the phone. This made my son very disappointed on his birthday. PS. Glad that HTS quickly replied to my review. But I am here to confirm that I didn't receive any cancelation email or phone calls from HTS.
