Gone way down hill since they removed the self check out machines. Even stepping in to get one small thing can end up taking 15 minutes or more. I try to avoid here at all costs. The staff are usually helpful!

A typical Action store, with all its USPs, except... 1) loading of shelves is messy and not intuitive, seems harder to find whatever you are looking for 2) they run out of stock too often on some things, supply not well managed versus demand 3) floor staff is often missing and unfriendly, either they don't like answering questions or they don't know the answers 4) only 2 counters are open usually, causing longer queues and waiting time to check out

Not customer friendly AT ALL. Small kid came to buy a dinosaur, super happy, and the register wouldn't scan it. The cashier was unfriendly and would not help them out; I think it should be very easy to look this up manually, the prices are even on the website and have them pay. But instead they rather did not want to do the effort and be not customer friendly to a little kid. Never have I witnessed this before, not returning to this store again.

Loved it! Fair prices and discount. Variety. These tea light candles last 6 hours unlike most that last 4 hours. The holders and scent burners are on fleek too.
