Itms terribly managed! Can you imagine the main automatic door is out of service since December? People have to walk around the building to get it for 7 months now because the maintenance is terrible!

Pleasant enough hotel and centrally located right next to the Central station. Had a bad experience where the room was marked to have breakfast included with my cost but then charged as extra. 20 EUR for the breakfast served was certainly not considered a good value for what was served and would have easily passed had the check in staff clearly indicated it was included. Will chalk it up to a simple error but it left a sour note on what was otherwise an unremarkable stay

Food court is is pretty chill, there's a gym, an electronics store, an Albert Heijn and the train station is basically connected and underground parking. All around good are where you can find everything even if it doesn't seem so from the outside.
