The Hague’s cityscape in full stride — striking architecture, crisp skies, and everyday life flowing through the heart of the city.

No staff available. Only two of the twelve cash registers open on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm and a lot of staff loitering about doing absolutely nothing for their pay check. Absent management. So, long queues, but no one is interested in serving customers. Earning money or customer service is not a concern here.

Primark is a large department store with an outlet near The Hague central station. There are three levels, the first floor is for girls and ladies. Second floor for children, baby and household items including bedsheet and third floor for men. However the waiting time for payment can take awhile even on weekday during normal working hours.

Extremely annoying… always its longest waiting time to pay (kassa) than shopping. Most of the counters are closed n also they dont have self pay options even now. Its the same situation since last 2+ years but no action taken.

Worst experience ever. Don't come here if you are pregnant, with a baby, or sick (impairment in any way). Items are nice and expected quality for the price but staff (mostly management) make the experience not worth it. They might be nice people but waiting in a 20meters+ paying (kassa) line staffed by just 2 people on only 2 out of the 3 floors? The managers and staff actually sent us from one floor to another when pointing out they are all very full and we are with an infant and pregnant. Multiple people complaining in line, while the employees just walking around (still more than 2.5hours before closing time) We were busy trying to pay for more than 1hour. Edit: 1h later (17:30 now) they finally add more people by the checkouts. By now the lines are almost filling the store checkout to wall. Multiple babies crying and tempers lost. When we finally got to the checkout the person helping us was actually very nice. Total checkout time aprox 1h 45min.
