  Return policy nonexistent, I made a gift yesterday evening, brought it back today because the person didn’t liked it. I went to the store and when I kindly ask for the return policy information I only get a direct and a shocked NO as an answer and the number of the supplier with the instruction of contacting him for the return, call the supplier who, confused by the whole situation, tells me he never heard of providing refunds or exchange after the purchase in a shop. Of course! If you make the transaction in the store the supplier cannot exchange the item bought in a store. I even wonder at this point if she was treating me a stupid person. Don’t go.
