  Gauchos Eindhoven offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious Argentine cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the spare ribs, which were perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The menu also features a great selection of grilled specialties and seafood, complemented by a well-curated wine list. We were attended by Ricardo, who was exceptionally proactive, ensuring our needs were met with care and attention. His friendly and efficient service, along with the inviting ambiance, made our visit even more enjoyable. Whether for a casual dinner or a special occasion, Gauchos is a must-visit in Eindhoven. Highly recommended!

  If you want a tasty steak, look no further. Gauchos has amazing cuts and can cook it to perfection. Don't forget your sides and enjoy.

  I’m quite disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. I ordered a medium well steak but received an completely dry and overcooked one. When I raised the issue with the manager, she reacted with annoyance and even tried to convince me that the steak was prepared as I had requested. After some back-and-forth, was finally served a perfectly cooked steak, which was indeed very good. However, this entire experience left a bad impression. The manager’s dismissive attitude and lack of accountability make me believe this restaurant’s best days are behind it. Such poor customer service ruins what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

  I went to Gauchos for a dinner with colleagues. We were a big group (more than 20 people). Upon entering the restaurant to upon leaving the restaurant, the service was superb! A very nice atmosphere especially if you sit upstairs. The food was amazing, a 3 course menu that can even accommodate vegetarians. I would go again. Much thanks to the staff for their professional service, hospitality and quick servics.
