  Do not go there! I took my punctured (rear tire only) bike there, it took them 25 minutes to change tubes which costed me €30, they did not even give me a warranty even after asking them for it. And just for it to get punctured again less than 5 minutes later. Came back the day after, they said you need to change the tire (cover), it's a trick, it costed me €35. And wooow now they gave me a warranty. It was not enough for them unfortunately, as the very next day, my front tire (which was completely fine for more than a year and a half) got punctured just like that without even riding it. Coincidence? I don't believe it is.

  Kind staff, reasonable price and good service. I got my secondhand bike here then had to get it fixed because of an accident. The staff did a good work on my bike. Highly recommend for purchasing and repairing bikes!

  Sold me an absolute piece of garbage bike for 200 euros. Within 1 week the seat fell off while I was riding it, within 3 weeks the pedal fell off while riding it again. A while later the chain keeps slipping off and a part of the gear shifting mechanism is broken beyond repair. 200 euros plus repair costs absolutely wasted. Can't warn against them enough.

  We have chosen this shop based on recommendations from other people and reddit and we are very happy with the overall experience. We could find here the best price/quality affordable bikes for 2 fresh TU/E students. But what I particularly like about this place is its people, the advices and service they have given to us and for which we thank them a lot! We will definitely go only to them to solve any bike related problem or buy anything for the bike and we recommend everybody to confidently work with them!

  Nice and helpful when you are buying, super rude and dismissive when you go to them later after something goes wrong with the bike in the guarantee period.
