If you have a race bike or mountain bike, this is the place to go. Extremely nice people, very fair prices, fast to repair. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and also don’t give you the “bike shop” looking down look. Just an honest, fair, shop where I fully trust bringing my good race bike and mountain bike. Easily 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Liebesrad sold us a Veloe Multifamily longtail bike to transport our two small children last year. We are able to fit 2 yepp seats on it and the bike has been exactly what we needed, I can't recommend it more. We have used it daily through the winter, so naturally there have been a few things that needed repairing like the kickstand. The staff at Liebesrad think with you, are so supportive and professional. I really recommend this shop if you are considering finding a solution for transport and just in general for repairs, they are the real deal.

The owner is very knowledgeable about bikes. My bike has some production issues, because it's a relative cheap model. She gave me good advice on where to get it fixed and bikes brands of the same price range but better quality. The recommendation she gave is perfect. My bike is fixed and just as new.

They are kind and honest with you. I was there for my broken bike and they told me about the bike's status honestly that the repair cost would not be worth it because the bike was too old, which I didn't know because I bought it as second hand from another bike shop. They are normally quite busy but they are professional and nice people.
