  About Racist Customer Service I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience here. I bought a second-hand bike here for 100 euros—the cheapest option available at the time. After just one week, the bike started making strange noises from the back wheel. Two weeks later, I returned to the store to ask for help, only to be told that since it’s an old bike, fixing it would cost a high price. It was incredibly disappointing that, even within the first month, I was already facing repair issues. When I asked for other solutions, one of the staff made a condescending comment, saying that while 100 euros might seem like a lot for a bike in an Asian country, it’s “nothing” in the Netherlands. This remark felt dismissive and inappropriate, especially since it shouldn’t matter where I’m from—100 euros is a high amount, especially for a student. As a paying customer, regardless of the amount spent, it’s reasonable to expect a functional bike. When I mentioned how offensive his comment was, another staff member suggested swapping the bike for another, but that would mean paying extra if that is over 100 euros. the other bikes being much more expensive. Given my experience, I did not feel comfortable continuing business with this shop. I do not recommend this store if you’re looking for a respectful and reliable buying experience.

  I just popping in to the store and ask if they could help me with the break which is not aligned well. They fix it in 3 mins for free and gave me valuable advice. I’ll definitely come back later for buying new bikes from them. Great service!
