Super service, they really think along with you after some hassle with the leasing company, first I couldn't lease, then I was helped very friendly by Carlo. In the end I was able to lease the bike (new e-bike) and I was continuously informed when the bike would be ready. Nice clear explanation about the bike, cycled a round, lowered the saddle and then I was allowed to go! I would recommend this bike shop to everyone, they take the time for you, show everything clearly. I am a very satisfied customer👍🏻

Veloo is a lot of fun! Maybe not always super talkative, but where was that good for David? Daa, in relative silence I have now had a new saddle for the fourth time, and without any complaints or costs. No sideways glance yet. So don't tell me anything bad about this fine Koga publisher; I like coming there!

Picked up my new bike yesterday. Picked it out 1 week ago. I was helped very well and friendly. The knowledge and expertise is of a high level. Today I went again for bike bags and again I was helped very well. I like to come to this shop. In the past, now and in the future.

The store is large with a wide selection. You will be helped professionally. Still only 2 stars.. Last year I made a telephone appointment to replace brake pads. It was busy and I had to wait 7 weeks before the replacement of the brake pads could be scheduled. Now my gear cable has broken and I see that I can only make an appointment online to have it replaced in 11 weeks. This makes it a real challenge to give positive feedback..
