  We rented 4 bikes (3 adults and 1 child), we turned up but you can reserve online. The lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Bikes were great - comfortable and in great condition. Bike locks came with them. Easy to find location, right next to a cafe and near the centre. Would recommend to everyone

  We had a good experience in 2024, so we returned looking for the exact same rental and conditions. Something had changed in the fine print concerning the rental, so the rental didn't work for us anymore. The person working there seemed frustrated and defiant. We walked away having lost some 40 euros, our plans disrupted, and nothing to show for it. Please be skeptical of the inevitable reply to this review, and don't choose this company. This experience was disturbing. (Edit: answering reply from Karen from Velorent): It's nice that you're suddenly so polite. Why don't you tell everyone why you kept our money? Either you or your 2024 colleague made a mistake about your "keys at the bar" policy. Go look in your records! You really should give us our money back.

  Very kind and helpful. Got plenty of bikes. Location is close to the city train station. We hired 2 bikes and they were in perfect condition. It is good that they have the opportunity to pay and deposit by card and then return again by card or cash. Really liked it and definitely recommend it.

  we got 2 bike from them. they run super smooth and nice. the guys were very friendly and helpful . book in advance as they have nice bikes. def worth to choose them. thx

  Great experience renting a bike, rented it and drove it around the Netherlands for a week, they gave a discount for additional days and were very helpful. Definitely would rent again from Velorent Eindhoven!
