Hands down my favorite hotel anywhere. It has a totally relaxed student atmosphere, which I like a lot. I don't know this from any other hotel. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the station and to downtown. I also tried the gym for the first time, and it is very well-equipped. Half a dozen workout machines, also quite flexible ones like a tower, plus the usual cardio stuff and a pretty large collection of barbells, kettle bells, gym balls etc. I also used the breakfast option for the first time, and they have a super large variety. It just pays off that the hotel is so huge. But to me, the atmosphere is above everything else. If you want to emerge into a student neighborhood, then this is your place. (You don't have to. The rooms for short-term guests are on the upper floors and are very quiet. You can ignore the environment if you prefer, but you are missing the best part.)

Great experience. If you need something near station for a one or a couple of nights, this hub is on perfect location. Rooms are classic nice ,but service was great. Friendly people also ,everything explained nicely. It has a bar that works until 11pm a gym also. Which one you prefer ;) Highly recommended!^

This review is for students looking for long term housing here and not for hotel stays. I started staying here at the end of August of 2024. It costs about 1050-1100EUR monthly for me but I am on the lower priced side, the later registrations paid way more (upwards of 1400EUR monthly) for their rooms. The room looks good at a first glance but dont be fooled, the 20m2 room is almost completely filled up with the needlessly huge bed, and moving space is a luxury you wont find. The cleaning is not the best, there is a cleaning team that comes around monthly but they dont do any deep cleaning. The carpeted floors are not removable and they hold a lot of dirt, which you cannot clean unless you buy a vacuum yourself. Also, the location seems really good when starting out since it is literally next to the Centraal station, but that also means that the rooms are always really dusty due to all the dust that the trains lift up. The kitchens are also another travesty, when rooms way cheaper than this have kitchenettes in them, you have to share a kitchen with 9 other people and the kitchen isnt any better than the rooms. They are almost always a mess, if all 10 people do not take equal care of it all then it will almost always be nigh unusable. The fridges are shared, you should expect stuff to spoil if someone leaves it open, or expect to wash someone elses dirty plates or pans just to eat food. If your floormates are the partying type, the kitchen regularly becomes a nuisance as well, with endless noise late at night, drunken smashes, music and shouting in the corridor, with a mess left behind them. There is also a construction going on next to the building, which I assume will go on for another year or two, so expect construction noises starting from early in the morning. Finally, dont expect to exit the building in less than 5-10 minutes in a busy day. There are 3 elevators for a 24 storey building, and it is really common that one of them are closed due to maintenance (I would say there are two elevators more frequently than not). Also don't expect to get any guests over, you need to pay a tax if you are not planning on sneaking from the back door every time you want to sleep with your guest, and you cannot have a drink late at night with a friend since non-residents cannot stay in the building (apparently) after a certain hour. This is not a rental housing, but rather a glorified hotel, and they make it as clear as possible. The only good part is probably all the workers (at the reception etc) as they are almost always really cheery and helpful with your queries. As far as I can hear, it now costs 1400EUR per month at the lowest, and for that price it is an absolute heist that they are pulling off. They are preying on students that could not find proper housing in time, and the utilities are absolutely horrible for the price. There are better rooms with kitchens and more space, but those are not for you, they are only for short-term stay. My advice, stay away if you can and find yourself an actual rental house. My time here was not fun, and I am sad that I couldnt move out of here sooner than I could. Edit: Let me add some stuff I forgot: The washing machines are really small and they only give you 7 tokens for the washing and drying machines, almost as if they want you to buy extra tokens, and there are only 4 washing machines and 4 drying machines for a 400 room apartment. The toilets and showers are really bad, the toilet's cleanliness is dependent on the previous resident and the shower doesnt have a door so expect the entire WC to be drenched after a quick shower. If you expect to cook something in your room with your own toastie machine or airfryer because of the horrid kitchen, expect otherwise, because having those kinds of machinery in your room is not allowed. The windows are really dirty and AFAIK they clean them only once a year so don't expect them to become magically cleaner. And they dont clean the corridors as well, as far as I can tell, since the corridors always have visible dirt and trash on them.

We haven't even spent the night here yet, but since Google is being so pushy I will go ahead and give my review. So far. Absolutely love it! Safety features! Comfort! Also, I think they have really good windows. We could hear the train a lot when the window was open and since we closed it I have not heard a peep.

Stayed here from February-August 2024. Paid around 1200-1300 euros, which surprises me because I paid only 800-900 euros for the same type of room at TSH Groningen. But for a hotel room with a queen bed, I say it was still worth it. The price also included free laundry and monthly room cleaning. There is also in-house study room as well as gym. And if you are hungry, TSH Eindhoven also has its own cafe. Although it must be admitted, the price is not the most student friendly. But with the 20% discount, it is still quite affordable. The staffs of both the hotel and the cafe are extremely friendly. Location-wise, it is literally in THE centre of the city. I mean, right in the backyard of Centraal? You can't ask for more convenience. TU Eindhoven is only a 5 minute-walk. There is also a nearby AH. I have a made a lot of beautiful memories at TSH Eindhoven. This place will forever have a special place in my heart.
