  A very important letter for us had to be delivered in Germany. Eric and his team did everything they could to ensure that the letter was delivered properly. It was a challenging assignment because we didn't know where the recipient would be. So the delivery lady drove to several locations for us to find the recipient and hand over the letter. From moment one, communication with TK Koeriers was excellent. Eric was not only very helpful, but also thought along and kept us informed all the time about the status of the delivery.
