  Courier does not arrive on days. The courier had forgotten our registered package. Waiting all day... despite the online appointment and a telephone confirmation in the morning. No, it's actually on its way. If you call the branch (7:00 PM), it will be impossible to deliver the package. Then pick it up. You arrive at the company. There are three courier cars in front of the door and 8 people inside......... Once and never again!!!

  Not showing up and making an appointment to deliver again and not showing up again and also receiving a note that they have been there while I wait at home all day and no one has come to call or nothing has happened twice now.
