  Horrible shop, horrible products, horrible customer service: I bought a bed from there it broke after the first use after 15 minutes maybe less of sleeping on it it broke , I returned the item but they would not return my money because I did not have the original packaging "the plastic wrapper" instead they gave me a voucher which was a receipt that said 90 euros on it , I asked for the receipt to be laminated so they basically burnt the piece of paper , I would not recommend this shop to anyone , buy from ikea or amazon , might be a bit more expensive but if the item is defective "which is very likely to happen at this shop". Amazon and ikea would return your money without a problem

  It is a store which cheap items are available to purchase, nothing more. Unfortunately the staff was busy chit chatting on the phone than to attend us as a customer. We were told to wait for a moment until the jolly phone conversation to end to be attended. It was an interesting, absurd but enlightening moment of waiting, therefore the extra star.

  Poor customer service, specially if your treat with the boss of the shop. Problems when you ask for the reimbursement due to their delivery delay.
