  This was one of the worst stays of my life. We booked for two nights and only wanted to stay there for sleep. It was the hottest day in Eindhoven (40 C) and the hotel does not have air conditioning. Instead of the two bed room we booked, we got a one bed, one blanket room. I normally would not have a problem sharing a bed with my friend, but as it was over 30 degrees in the room, there was no way we could also share a blanket. So we asked at the reception if we could switch, but it was not possible. We had to sleep with open windows which was not a good idea since I am allergic to mosquito bites and was bitten 12 times that night. The next day we got noisy neighbours who were arguing so loud and the walls are so thin you understand every word. They shouted out of the windows, played loud music and kept slamming doors. Since we were kept awake for hours we decided to call the reception at 2:30 am and ask them to tell our neighbours to be quiet. Even though Oscar at the reception said he would do something about it "right away", nobody came. Needless to say we didn't sleep at all at Sandton. The only positive things we can say is that the room was clean and the breakfast was small but good. We will not come back.

  I stayed at this hotel for New Year’s Eve with my friends, and we had never experienced such a warm welcome before. The staff greeted us as if we were special guests. We even asked if it was possible to play a bit of music on New Year’s Eve before heading to our party, and they went above and beyond. They offered us the opportunity to use their meeting room so we could have a pre-drink there. It was very responsibly managed and well-organized—we left it just as clean as we found it, and they were happy with that. I felt like the whole experience at this hotel was about personalized hospitality. We loved it and truly felt at home. The rooms were clean and really comfortable—nothing to say but amazing!

  Very nice hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Service very efficient. Price very reasonable. Nice to have coffee machine in the room. Very close to Easy to the city centre.

  Hotel is well located, around 10 minutes walking from downtown, 15 minutes from train station, and with plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good with enough options. Relation price-quality of the hotel is really good. Courtesy coffe/tea is offered whole day.
