  The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. We had a large window we could open. The lighting could be better. The AC was okay. It only got down to 22 C though.

  A nice hotel, with a very good restaurant on the ground floor. It is relative close to High tech Campus but far away from City Center. Location was a big minus. Overall the hotel is nice, clean. Services are good. With car is around 20-30 minutes driving from airport (not in the rush hours) A taxi cost is aprox. 50 euro.

  The service standard dropped hugely over the last few months. In my 4 days stay, where I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned daily, not once the service vacuumed the room. I intentionally started to observe some crumbs next to the fridge. Once they just picked up a towel from the floor, folded it, and pretended that it was a new one. The service was not cleaning the surrounding area at all, leaving rubbish for days, maybe weeks (empty beer bottles remained where I saw them when I arrived). In my room two of the lights were not working. The room was also very dark, without any light source in the middle of the ceiling. For breakfast, if there was a lower number of guests, the service just stopped freshly cooking some of the dishes (eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc.) despite the fact it was still breakfast time. They just went after the rush hour.

  At reception and in other areas of the hotel, the service is very good, but in the restaurant, it's terrible. I'd been there for 20 minutes and hadn't been served. They walked right past me and didn't even ask if I needed the menu or anything. I saw other people arriving and they were served immediately.👎🏼👎🏼

  Great hotel that just needs the last polish. The rooms are great. Easy to reach from the highway and by public transportation. Great breakfast with all ones' heart can desire. Yet for a large conference hotel, there are simply some details that are not quiet thought through. Like getting a taxi is nearly impossible since there are two main entrances that don't coordinate, service at the restaurant staff having a hard time serving a larger group, the really confusing signage to get from the conference part to the hotel part and vice versa. It's really not that hard, just simple things that make guests life unnecessarily cumbersome.
