  I booked 2 studios type room for 7 nights. Bad: - entered the room first time, smelled dusty like never been cleaned. - no cleaning equipment (no broom or vacuum cleaner) in the room. - housekeeping every 3 days, only offering new towels and make up the bed without even changing the bed sheets, not even offering to vacuum the floor. - bad design of shower in the bathroom. - parking only available at the public parking, due to renovation for hotel parking area. Good: - location city centre. - familiar with the city, used to live in Eindhoven from 2007-2011. Comeback to stay at the same hotel? not a chance.

  Rooms are cool and pretty, if slightly impractical (eg: Showers open to the room, no soap ledge in the shower.) Staff are all absolutely lovely, and very happy to help. Weirdly, all the cool Philips memorabilia above the room doors, have different numbers than the actual doors... Restaurant is a bit of a dice roll - Had a good meal, and several that weren't. Would not recommend.

  Fenna at the desk was awesome! She went above and beyond helping me contact my husband when I misplaced my cellphone. The place is very nice and clean. All of the staff was helpful. The breakfast spread was great.

  WestCord Hotels always stand out in hospitality. During a company event we stayed at WestCord in Eindhoven. It was lovely to see that hydration points were installed to refill my LARQ waterbottle. Just love it when hotels show they care for the environment. For me the five star experience. Amazingly hospitable staffing!

  Favourite wing under construction. Existing one could use a refurbish on furniture and surface materials. Body wash got consumed and not refilled. Spatious room, lots of natural light, big bathroom, clean. Excellent breakfast, as always. Thank you for very good stay.
