  Fast, direct, and honest service. I have been going to this shop for all of my repairs lately because of this. They’re quite realistic on the extent of service and the speed at what they can do based on your needs and situation of the bike, meaning they don’t provide false promises - my shortest wait time was just one day and my longest was 3 days. They may do extra additional repairs, but in my experience it was necessary to extend the life of my bike. Overall, would highly recommend them if you’d like to pay for a service that’s priced appropriately and handled by skilled people.

  So very much recommended. I had my best shopping experience ever. Mark is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and nice. He spends as much as time you need, answers all your questions patiently, has all the knowledge related to bikes and insurance and all the relevant subjects, and also knows your needs and gives the best recommendation that fits your situation. I will always go back to them as long as I live in Eindhoven.

  Very helpful and honest bike repair shop. I picked up a lemon of a used bike on marktplaatz and started having rear wheel issues after a few days. Brought it here and they said they would try to fix the wheel as is. Got a call later and they explained very clearly what was wrong and that it would take a full spoke rebuild and in addition to other issues, would likely not be worth it. Hiwever, they still worked hard on it and in less ~ €40 I still got a usable bike that rides much better than before and should be great for work commutes till I can buy a better bike. Really appreciated the honest assessment and the very reasonable cost for the final repairs. Will always come back here for future repair work :)

  Highly recommend this store! I recently purchased an E-bike here and had a great experience all around. I worked with Mark and he was very helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to really explain all of the options and allowed me to try out several bikes. After asking me some good questions and understanding what I needed in a bike he was able to make some good recommendations. In the end he was able to order the perfect bike for me. Mark even loaned me an E-bike while mine was on order. After I came to pick up my order Mark again took the time to answer all my questions and give me an overview of how to use the bike. Hi recently moved to Eindhoven and have visited several bike shops but none of them have been as good of an experience as this one. They really make the extra effort to make sure the customer is well taken care of. I will be using this bike shop for all my needs while living here!

  I went here looking for a second hand bicycle, they had exactly what I needed and the staff were exceptionally helpful! I would recommend Fietsspecialist to anyone looking for bike or bike accessories, especially on a budget.
