  Extremely happy with the experience I had with giant Eindhoven. The staff was super friendly and helped me choose parts for my bike and help me set up my tri bars. I’m really thankful for the team at giant Eindhoven store. Special shout out to Berend who helped me throughout the entire process. Would recommend 10/10. Cheers guys!

  Buying a bike here is a blind purchase. Not a very nice older man, looking at me like I was an intruder. No opportunity to get acquainted with the bike, not to mention a test ride. Buying a bike for €4,000, it would be nice to know something about its capabilities, advantages and disadvantages. It's not a €1 bag of chips. I do not recommend this store.

  I recently purchased a bike here. I found the people cordial, helpful, and gave me options to buy based on requirement. The buying process was simple and smooth with no hassle. Overall I am happy with the service and the bike is great.

  By far the best shop in Eindhoven for buying a bike, helpful and expert staff, with guiding approach. Must visit, if you are into buying a good bike. Bought already 3 e-bikes at different times.

  Professional service. i was there with an old giant model bike and i was treated with respect anyway. I couldn't unscrew the old bottom brucket by myself and a very helpful service technician helped me with it and give advice for a new one with right dimensions.
