They have always been impolite but yesterday they were exceptionally arrogant. A month ago they fixed my brakes and I went yesterday to fix my tires (something relatively easy) and they refused to fix it and said: "we don't fix bikes from decathlon anymore, it takes us a lot of time to repair bikes of low quality. Buy a better bike if you want to fix it here". Needles to say, this bike is very good and it is my main means of transportation, as I use it to go with everyday, which is 30 mins away.

This is an excellent place for bike repairs. My bicycle seat was broken and I went there for a seat change. I got a new seat and seat post from there. The guy is professional, experienced and very friendly. He had all the parts there for a decent price. I got my bike up and running in no time.

Been there 3 times, all of which were bad experiences from not being able to assess the problem correctly to being rude. I met an older fellow and a man in his 50-60s. Both of which were rude especially the younger one of the two.
