  Staff were friendly and they provided great information about the bikes. Unfortunately after we placed the order and they said it would be really next week it wasn't. They said next week... still not done... 2 weeks later still not done. We have no idea when we could pick it up. It also is still missing parts and it looked like they took off a few parts most likely to fix other bikes. It's all fixable but now we haven't been able to use it all summer. Totally disappointed with all the delays.

  My bike's rear tire was popped. I went in, asked the worker about it and in 45 minutes my tire was fixed! Also, when I got my bike, my chain and pedals were oiled, my brakes were tightened and the rear part of my bike frame was supported. Amazing service!

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave us all the time we needed to look at the large range of used bicycles they have. They also assisted in setting up the one we wanted to test ride. After we settled on a bicycle, it was quickly given a final check and we were on our way. All in all a great experience

  huge bicycle store. They have Kalkhof, betavus, sparta and qwic addition to their own brand. Waiting time might be longer, be aware of that
