  Very polite staff! My room is a clean, namely welcome board in the room, I love the huge bed, very comfortable! The buffet breakfast is wonderful. It is 800 meters from Eindhoven Airport, 5-10 minutes' walk, but 401 buses stop every 10 minutes in front of the hotel that goes to the airport or city. I recommend the hotel with a very good heart and if you have a membership card, you can book a discount!

  It is a very handy and well located hotel. Parking is extortionate and unnecessarily expensive. If they change the parking prices, it will be a real solution. Also, the service at the front of the house can improve specifically Dimitri who has to be more professional and less confrontational. The lady working at the front of the house was doing a good job, calm and concise. The beds are extremely comfortable but the price per room is really expensive, it looks very clean thanks to Peter who is the person in charge of room cleaning. Well done, Peter! (It is a brand new space. Therefore, we definitely go back). Regarding the breakfast we cannot comment as we did not have breakfast on the day.

  The staff were very friendly. We were pretty disappointed to find out that we'd been put in a room with two separate beds even though we'd specified one bed in our booking request. We were sent an email (but didn't see it in time) telling us we would have to rebook to get the one bed... And since the sheets aren't fitted, they and the mattress cover go all over the place when you're an active sleeper. But the room was clean and had plenty of accessible sockets and ports. The shower was spacious and accessible, although water pressure was a little low. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The surrounding area was fairly quiet though. You may have to make the loop a couple of times if you miss the entrance the first go-round! 😂 The same goes for finding the white zone in the parking garage.

  Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast, with plenty of options, and dinner on the patio were very good. Convenient, quiet location, close to airport and busstop. Staff: everybody is very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Eileen, Sviat and Anna-Maria for being such wonderful young people who made us feel at home. Thank you for your hard work, the good times, conversations and going the extra mile to make us feel special.

  Very disappointed with the service provided. I made a reservation over a week in advance to stay for one night. The reservation was confirmed and paid for. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that they were overbooked and therefore could not accommodate me. They booked me a room at a nearby hotel, which took me over 40 minutes to reach and had a lower rating. For the €280 per night they charged me, the service and experience were simply terrible.
