  Worst store ever! Very bad service. Ordered a pair of shoes to be picked up at the store. Received the mail to pick it up and turns out the shoes haven’t arrived. I get a call on a different day to pick it up. Told them I would pick it up the next day and they agreed. Went to the store the next day and waited 45min and I was informed that they couldn’t find my shoes. Asked them to cancel it, then they told that they will cancel but I won’t received any proof of cancellation. If I don’t get my money back, there wouldn’t be any proof to ask them. Was asked to return another day for picking up the shoe. Haven’t received my shoe yet.

  BEST STORE FOR BUYING RUNNING SHOES! Amazing customer service. They have 3D feet scanner that allows choose the right running shoes in just a few minutes (free of charge meanwhile in other stores it is 25-35 eur). After the scan employee Meike helped me to make a right decision with an absolute professionalism. Many thanks for a great experience and advice.

  The staff are nice and willing to help, the variety of products physically present in the store is good , an important tip: they have socks to use when trying football shoes
