  The store has a good variety of options, and we found some nice collections. We ended up buying a new arrival jeans trouser, which we were happy with. However, the staff experience was disappointing. When we entered the men’s section, an older, tall staff member did not greet us properly. We were browsing the new arrivals, but he kept insisting we check the discounted section, repeatedly mentioning that the new arrivals were at normal price. It felt uncomfortable, and we’re not sure why he acted that way. Even at checkout, he reconfirmed the price, almost as if questioning our choice. Not a pleasant experience with that staff member. The store itself is good, but customer service needs improvement

  We often visit Eindhoven and have already bought quite a few things at this store. Today, the lady who greeted us said there was a 25% discount on everything. Well, that wasn't the case because we're from Austria, not the Netherlands! The T-shirt was the regular price, and I can't even speak of the friendliness of the lady at the cashier! Country-specific discounts - thanks for nothing! We won't be back!

  Fantastic service!! I bought a really nice winter coat there more than 2 years ago. That's why I found it terrible that my zipper broke. I then went back to Van Uffelen in de Heuvel (Eindhoven) and they put a new zipper in my coat for free. Absolutely fantastic! Thanks Van Uffelen.
