    We were lucky we got in and worked with knowledgeable people who helped us open an account and took the time to understand our situation. We had to wait an extra day for the right person and get an appointment, but it was worth it.

    This bank is a mess, you can't contact anyone. There process to open a bank account are never working I struggled to solely manage to get the card and the document to open the bank account, and now I am stuck not being able to activate the app because apparently I do not look like myself, lol. You can't contact anyone, they are opened only at inconvenient time. It's horrible. I don't recommend

    It’s too bad that you can’t walk-in to have myself identified to have a business account PIN code resend to your address. I was also asked to wait outside to make an appointment by phone, nice warm service with 6C. After standing in-front of the bank calling with the helpdesk the only possibility to make an appointment the next day… (while standing in-front) I fully understand the corona requirements that the bank has. But the security guard could have me sit in-front of a PC (allowed without an appointment) to make the 15 minute helpdesk call…. Sad that service is not kept at a high priority and that we are not thinking out of the box

    Service was not up to the standards. The appointment went fine and the person who worked with us is very supportive. However they took 2 weeks to create our bank accounts and send us the debit cards and other documents. I had to call them twice to ask for an update and to expedite the process. The second call lasted 40 minutes. Before I called them I didn't hear a thing from them. Very unpleasant first experience with them.

    Don’t go there. Stupid bank. Worst kind of service. iNG next door is 100 times better. They don’t care about you. Complicated bunch. They will just do the minimum and do the least to help. Stay away 1000 km.
