  The worst service, two signals went through on the exchange then the call was disconnected. Then tried to hit 10 at the end and then ended up with an incredibly unpleasant lady in the gearbox who was completely uninterested in what I want or that there was a problem getting there. Of course I called my supplier BP and pointed out how badly I had been treated.

  Aspires to the title of the world's worst bank. Trying to log in to the app, it doesn't work, trying to call support only automatically "support" can't talk to anyone. Calling the switchboard where a voice tells them they are open but no one answers

  This bank should be shut down. Got an incorrect account number which meant that the money ended up with them. Was told to email their department. Nothing happens. When I call next time, you can't email, but it will be my bank that will contact them about the mistaken payment. Now it's been 2 months and the money still hasn't been returned. This bank would be closed down. So frivolous, that you are not allowed to talk to the department that handles this

  It was crappy service, I was connected to customer service, they only spoke English, I didn't understand anything.
