I've been to 3 bike repair shops in Eindhoven and so far, this is the best. They give fair service and parts costs and also nice customer service. If there's a problem, they only replace the needed parts. Bonus: they can give spare part discounts to students.

I've been a customer for almost 9 years now, the service has been always impeccable. I like how they always try to make things cost effective. Very good vibes. I never want to change bike repair shops ever in my life xD

Got a specific problem regarding my gears not working properly and even though they could have fixed it, they were honest about the price beforehand, which I did not want to invest, but they gave great advice on some other options that I had. So even though they didn't earn anything for this job, they were very helpful and I think that honesty should be praised.

What a service. I brought my bike without an appointment for a problem with the drive chain, brakes and spokes. They gave me a quick but accurate and honest price indication. One day later my bike was ready for pick up. All problems were resolved and my bike runs super smooth again. They charged me a bit less than indicated. All in all, very positive experience. I'll be back for sure.

Friendly service and low cost. However, I wasn’t happy with how long they took to fix my bike (adjusting chain mainly). I went on a Thursday, got an appointment for the following Wednesday, but they returned the bike two weeks after that dropping it there… what was the point of getting an appointment then?
