  (this happened somewhere Jun/2022. Google had blocked my review due to some words used and I didn't realize before. So today I updated the post). Very bad experience, 4 times! I wanted to buy a new bike and went to their store since I live close by. On the 1st time, I looked at the bikes by myself and after 20-ish minutes, I decided to leave since no one came to offer help, although there were people free and chatting behind the desk. I tried a second time, since they are located very close to my house it would be very convenient for me. The same happened. No one to offer help or support while being free behind the desk. Then at this time I took the opportunity to schedule a bike maintenance. I went to the desk and asked how it works, etc, scheduled the service and left. A few days later, I tried a third time! This time I asked for support and unfortunately, I realized the people there were deciding (kind of pushing to each other) who of them would help me, ( 3 persons). The impression I got is that they didn't want to speak in English... Anyway, after their small pushing to each other joke, one person came to me and was a little bit impatient since the beginning. Didn't show neither explain to me the bike options they had. Just tried to 'direct' me to some bikes he wold like to sell. Maybe that an honest advice, but since I had bad experiences before, it didn't transmit trust. So, since I didn't have many options, I left... After these 3 times, I gave up and went to the fietsvoordeelshop store! And for my surprise, from the moment I walked in, I was very well welcomed and supported. They had a very friendly staff, were very patient and explained to me all the details about different types of bikes and were not lazy in preparing some of the bikes for me to do a 'test drive'. I was very happy at the end since I could choose the model I wanted after all the explanations they gave to me. I bought one bike for my self at fietsvoordeelshop, will buy another for my wife and another ebike for myself again with them. Very good service. To finish, I didn't cancel my original appointment for my old bike revision. I took it there yesterday (still with some hope) and after the service, and even paying 65eur for that, the bike is still making noises on the chain and the gears were not properly adjusted. The impression I got is they only fixed the 'main issue' which was one of the breaks. But given the amount of times I gave it a try here already, I don't even want to go back. Next time I will just bring my bike to another store for maintenance, probably fietsvoordeelshop, given the good service I got from them so far.

  one of the worst service for cycle repair. My cycle wheel spokes were broken. I went there and asked them to check. They told that it will costs from 15-20 euro. So I have given my cycle. I got a invoice of 40 euros. When I asked them about cost difference. They are very arrogant and told that either you pay 40 euros or we will break the fixed spokes. I highly recommend don't go there. It is waste of money.
