    Worst service ever. Waited 30 mins to just ask a question. There is only one person takes care of customer while other hanging out at the backside chatting. I just want to ask are you still hiring? I can do the talking at the backside. I come back to edit my post because I am bored of waiting. I underestimated the shop. It is 45 mins waiting… to be continued…

    after you paid your money, service is non-existent. My bike's electric system broke down (not even 3 months yet) and the closest repair moment possible is 3 weeks ahead, during which I can't use my 3k euro worth transport. On the other hand, they set super strict conditions for maintenance that HAS to be done before 1000 km (or 1 year) in order to keep your warranty rights. Super hypocritical. They hold us accountable, but do not even try to meet expectations themselves. Workers are overloaded, indifferent and rude. Think twice, before using them. If you aren't lucky and smth is wrong with the bike, they will make it more difficult.

    We are very satisfied with the bike we purchased from this store in Eindhoven. The employees at the store were very friendly and helped us choose the right bike. They had to order the bike but it arrived the store before the expected date. We were informed by phone and email about the order. Everyone at the store we spoke to was kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience, overall.

    Terrible experience: paid upfront, no bike delivered on the agreed date and no information provided I placed an order for an e-bike almost 3 weeks ago, and I paid upfront. Today is the delivery date but I did not receive it, and nobody can tell me when I will get it. I contacted the customer support via phone, my requests were: 1. a reasonable delivery date 2. a replacement bike until that moment Wendy from customer service was friendly, but she was not able to provide me with a solution: They don't provide a replacement bike while waiting for the delivery basically because it happens to them too often that they don't meet the delivery date. Originally in good faith I thought my case was just an accident but apparently their business model is fraudulent: the website indicates as "in stock" bikes that don't exist or for which fietsvoordelshop don't have the batteries, so they will never be delivered. What really disappoints me is that when I placed the order in the shop in Eindhoven I was clearly stating to the employee my concerns about the delivery date because I needed the bike soon. Just for the record: the customer service offered me to change my order for another bike including a discount.. but guess what: the bike was not available and they could not commit on a delivery date! other proposed solution was to take a lefover bike that they were not able to sell otherwise. It is a fraudulent behaviour, I will never go to that shop again!
