  Hotel clean and quiet. Beds are really comfy and the staff on the reception desk is a 10/10. Want specially thank Miss Wies, due to her professionalism and efficiency. Only one improvable thing, I was not able to switch on/off air conditioning myself, so I had to ask reception for it when needed.

  Beautiful hotel and great location in the middle of Eindhoven. On one occasion the security guard was especially helpful when we needed some assistance in the middle of the night. Great service!

  The hotel charged us twice without any apology for the mistake, even if we assured at the hotel reception (during check-in) that the booking was already paid. There was no 'I am sorry' from the reception side, just a cold declaration that the money will be back within 14 days (after filling the refund form). After the month of time and multiple follow-ups we still have not received them.

  The rooms are sparse feel, but has all that a modern hotel offers, just feels like it is minimal. The stained glass windows and high ceilings add to the ambience. The rooms are accessible by wheelchair, with one small step to negotiate, paraplegic would make it. The bathrooms are at all equipped for a disabled person of any nature. The cobble stone parking on offer is also only to be used by a very confident active disabled person. The in-house restaurant bar has very poor service levels especially if the locals arrive to party.

  I really liked the hotel itself and found both of my rooms (I stayed in two over the course of a couple weeks) to be nice and of course modern. The location is central to downtown and very convenient and the rate is really affordable. The breakfast was nice too. I felt comfortable in this hotel and would stay here again. A minor complaint I had was that things like tissues and coffee were not replenished throughout my stay. The major complaint I have revolves around them failing to order a taxi for my travel day. This made for a needlessly stressful morning. Monday-Thursday they successfully had a taxi waiting for me each morning to get to work. On Friday (today) for some reason no taxi showed up and the front desk person was not helpful and had no record of me ordering a taxi.
